Shipping & Handling

Canadian Shipping: Shipping is currently available to anywhere in Canada via Canada Post. Flags are shipped with regular post at the following rates based on weight:

 

Up to 100 g  = $2.00

101 g - 200 g = $4.00

201 g - 300 g = $5.00

301 g - 400 g = $6.00

401 g - 500 g = $7.00

501 g & Up    = $12.00

 

Canada Post estimates one business week for delivery anywhere in Canada. You will be emailed to confirm shipment of your flags.

 

International & US Shipping: Currently we offer international shipping via Canada Post regular mail service. Rates are based on weight and in Canadian Funds: 

 

US Rates:

Up to 30 g  = $2.00

31 g - 50 g = $4.00

51 g - 100 g = $4.50

101 g - 200 g = $6.50

201 g - 500 g = $11.50

501 g & Up    = $15.00

 

Other International Rates:

Up to 100 g = $7.00

101 g - 200 g = $11.50

201 g - 500 g = $25.00

501 g & Up  = $35.00

 

Flags will be shipped quickly, however due to shipping out of Canada please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery and to clear borders. You will be emailed to confirm shipment of your flags. 

 

Forms of Payment

Payment is currently accepted by e-transfers at your bank's website, and through PayPal. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Please email any questions you may have to susanlopatecki@gmail.com 

 

Refunds

Due to the hand inspections of each set of flags, we expect each to be a top quality product. The flags are deigned to fray, fade and return to the earth one day. Please expect that your flags will change beautifully and naturally over time in an outdoor settting. If an unforseen curcumstance arises and a refund is necessary please email us with your details and concerns.
